Paris was extremely helpful, informative and supportive while we were looking for our home. He was very patient over 6 months and several near closes and helped assure and guide us through the whole process. I would highly recommend him for anyone wanting to buy or sell a home in Vancouver

His marketing strategy was top-tier—innovative, targeted, and executed flawlessly to ensure maximum visibility and impact. Beyond the strategy, his willingness to assist at every single stage of the process was incredible. Thank you for all your hard work and support!

I have known Paris for more than a year now. He was highly recommended by my mortgage broker. I am so glad that I was introduced to him as during that time I was not sure yet if I really want to buy a new place. He gave me good insights as to the then current real estate market. He lets me be involved in searching for a place that I might be interested in and he looked into it and gave me his honest feedback and he also sent me some listings that he thought I might be interested in, without any pressure. With his professional non-pushy approach, he helped me find a place that I now call "home". He made sure that he dealt with all the details, inspection, counter-offers, and acted the best for my interest, and he communicated well with any updates that I needed to know. After a year, he also helped me on selling my old apartment. I did not have much expectation of this idea of selling as the market was not really good, but he was confident and ask me to give him a month - we only did one showing/viewing and the unexpected result came in - we have 2 interested viewers and one potential buyer. In less than a month, the offer was finalized. If you are looking for someone you can trust, who do the nitty-gritty or practical details of buying or selling a place, who gives you the honest-to-goodness feedback and with very cheerful and down-to-earth personality, this is the guy. You can truly depend on him.

Me and my wife have found Paris by mistake and I must say it has been the best thing that could happen to us while searching for our first home. Paris was very kind and professional and he helped us to close pur first home in less than a month .

If I could give Paris more than 5 stars will do so! We had an absolutely outstanding experience with Paris. From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely cared about our needs. He guided us through every step of the process with patience and clarity, always making sure we felt confident and informed. Paris’s attention to detail, strong negotiation skills, and dedication truly set him apart. What could have been a stressful experience turned into a smooth and positive one thanks to his expertise and support. We are incredibly grateful and would highly recommend Paris to anyone looking for a trustworthy, hardworking, and exceptional real estate professional. Thank you for going above and beyond!
